At Green Lighting Wholesale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable lighting solutions. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the lighting fixtures in their original manufacturer boxes, ensuring all mounting hardware, bulbs, and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
